The amount varies depending on the attractiveness of the location, catchment area, the configuration of the shop (small or big window) and by the type of lease (flexible or restrictive). Each location has a rental value that can range from 300 euros m2/year in non-commercial areas to 10 000 m2/ year on the Champs Elysees.
